I would like to Thank you for not only a Beautiful Diamond, but a Great Buying Experience. As you may expect, at first, I was not completely comfortable making an online transaction for a diamond. This gap was quickly bridged by several phone calls to and from you, always being available to answer any questions.
The AM-DIAMONDS.COM website was very educational and easy to use, helping me understanding all the critical elements which effect the value of a Diamond. The Diamond Calculator is Great ! Being able to change the size, clarity, color, and shape, and immediately get a price quote was extremely helpful in my evaluation process. Although the Diamond Calculators price quotes are considerable lower then Retail Jewelry Stores, your price to me was even lower than the online quote.
The bottom line, Alan is very knowledgeable, and helpful in making the buying process a very positive experience. The Diamond was more brilliant than I expected, and arrived on time as promised...sent to me at a Hotel in Lake Placid, NY. Most important...my wife loves her new diamond ring.

I received it today, and it looks absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately I was mobbed when opening the package, so a dozen or so folks saw it (but it drew a lot of "ooohs" and ahhhhs"). Again, thanks for your help through this, and well worth the wait! For an AGS-1 cut, this thing shines! I also love the mounting, it really shows off the diamond. It's simple and classic. I will recommend you to anyone in the market.

P.S We just got the ring appraised by a local gem lab here in Portland. Retail Value: $13,500. They upgraded the clarity to a VS2 (just like you said). I think the numbers alone can speak to my customer satisfaction :-)
